Arthur Richard Airey

Stretcher Bearer 5th Battalion, Kings Own Royal Lancaster Regiment killed in action, France,
19 June, 1917, age 23, address, 20 Beach Street, Bare Morecambe, employed White Cross Mills, and the Dog and Partridge Hotel, Bare. Younger son of Mr & Mrs John T Airey.

His brother Corporal John Ernest Airey (25) 18th Hussars, died of fever in Egypt 23rd November 1917, another brother, 2nd Lieutenant T Airey, Australian Imperial Force, has been wounded and is in Wandsworth Hospital.

Deceased's fiancée is Miss McBride, 28, Nun Street, Lancaster.
